By using posteri.io (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Site or join our waitlist.

2. About this site

The Site is informational. It describes Posteri and lets you join a waitlist. Our products are in private beta and not yet publicly available. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell a product or a binding commitment to provide one.

3. The waitlist is not a commitment

Joining the waitlist does not grant you access to any product, beta, or service, and creates no contract or guarantee. We decide if, when, and to whom we open access, at our sole discretion and without notice, and we may change, pause, or end the waitlist at any time.

4. The Site is provided “as is”

Your use of the Site is at your own risk. The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your particular needs.

5. Intellectual property

All content, text, branding, and marks on the Site are owned by Posteri, LLC. You may not copy, resell, scrape, or reproduce them without our permission.

You agree not to misuse the Site: no unauthorized access, no interference with or attacks on the Site, no scraping beyond normal use, no false affiliation, and no impersonation.

7. Feedback

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without restriction and without any obligation to you.

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. No financial advice

Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Prediction markets involve risk. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and any resulting gains or losses.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Posteri, LLC and its members are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be handled by the courts located in Delaware.
