1. Who we are

Posteri, LLC ("Posteri", "we", "us") is a Delaware limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information on posteri.io (the "Site"). The Site is an informational website with a waitlist; our products are in private beta and not yet publicly available. We are the data controller for the limited information described below. 2. Scope

This policy covers only the posteri.io website and any waitlist or update emails we send. When our products launch, they will be governed by a separate privacy policy.

3. What we collect

At this stage we collect only:

  • Your email address, when you voluntarily submit it to join our waitlist.
  • Anonymous, aggregated website analytics (see "Cookies & analytics" below).

We do not collect your name, location, phone number, payment information, account credentials, or any other personal data at this time.

4. How we use it

We use your email address only to:

  • confirm your waitlist signup;
  • notify you about private beta access and launch news;
  • respond if you contact us.

We do not use your email for advertising or profiling, and we never sell it. Your email is delivered to our team inbox; we do not maintain a separate marketing database.

5. Legal basis (GDPR)

If you are in the EEA or UK: we process your email on the basis of your consent, which you gave by submitting it and can withdraw at any time (email us to be removed). We operate and secure the Site on the basis of our legitimate interest.

6. Cookies & analytics

We do not use cookies. We use Plausible Analytics to understand overall website traffic; Plausible sets no cookies and collects no personal data or personally identifiable information — all data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you.

7. How we share

We share the limited information above only with the service providers needed to run the Site (our website host and the form/email service that delivers waitlist signups to us). They are bound to protect it. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

8. International data transfers

Posteri, LLC is a Delaware company. Our team operates from China, and the limited information we collect (your email address) may be accessed and processed in both the United States and China. If you are in the EEA or UK, this means your data may be transferred outside your home jurisdiction. By submitting your email, you consent to this transfer. We process this data only for the purposes described above and apply reasonable safeguards to protect it.

9. Data retention

We keep your waitlist email until our products launch or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. You can request deletion at any time.

10. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop using it, at any time by emailing [email protected]. EEA/UK residents may also object to processing, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority. California residents have the right to know what personal information we hold (your email address), to request its deletion, and to opt out of sale or sharing — and we confirm we do not sell or share your personal information.

11. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

12. Changes & contact

We may update this policy; we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify waitlist subscribers.
